Central Florida Chapter Welcomes – Jay Paterno

The Penn State Alumni Association, Central Florida Chapter is proud to announce that the son of beloved legendary head football coach, Joe Paterno, and former Penn State football coach, Jay Paterno, will be our special guest speaker that will launch our off-season activities.

This event will take place on Saturday, January 27 with doors opening at 2pm at the Friendly Confines at 4757 Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32806. You can change the quantity of each option within each link. If you would like to help our chapter and also get the discount, you can join our chapter now and receive the discount once we receive the dues payment. Members can use their invitation to purchase their admission tickets or can request a link via email at info@centralfloridapsu.com. You will need to RSVP for adults and children separately. If you intend on getting a personalized copy of Paterno Legacy, please reserve one now so that we can let Mr. Paterno know how many to bring.

Food will be available for purchase at the event (view menu). There will also be a CASH bar that will be open within our private room. Following the speech, Mr. Paterno will be autographing selling and personalizing the hardcover of his book “Paterno Legacy” for $30. As described above, please indicate the number of books you intend on purchasing that day. Our chapter will also be hosting a Penn State Basketball Watch Party following our speaking events. The Nittany Lions will be hosting Rutgers at the Bryce Jordan Center starting at 4pm. Join our chapter, Jay Paterno, our members and guests for an afternoon of fun filled activities. Deadline to RSVP is Thursday, January 18, 2018. We are limited to 100 attendees, so do not wait to register.
