Remember how much fun it was to be a kid? Riding bikes, eating popsicles, being with friends, swimming – all things that kids undergoing cancer treatment might miss out on. September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and you can play to honor them because everybody deserves to be a kid.
Join supporters of all ages including other PSAA chapters across the country to raise funds to benefit Four Diamonds through the Play for the Kids program. Your Central Florida Chapter will be participating as a team during two of our football watch parties in September. Here are the details of each event.
Play Like a Kid - 9/18/2021
During the Penn State game against Auburn, we will be having Football Bingo. A minimum donation of $1 is needed to receive a bingo card. If you are a 2021-2022 member of the PSAA Central Florida Chapter, you will receive an additional card for free with your donation. Select prizes will be given to winners. All funds raised will go to THON which goes toward pediatric cancer research and clinical trials to help save lives.Eat Like a Kid - 9/25/2021
